Ranch Roasted Potatoes
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Salad® Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 2 pounds small red potatoes quartered
- Any other vegetables you want to include, cubed
- Place vegetables in large bowl with oil and stir to coat.
- Add Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until coated.
- Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
