Sugar-Free Butter Cream Frosting
- 1-1/2 cups powder sugar substitute (Splenda)
- 2 tbsp almond milk, separated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp whipped butter, softened
- Combine sugar, butter, vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk.
- When smooth, add remaining milk.
- Beat until creamy.
Food colouring can be added at the end if colour is needed
