Sugar-Free Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups powder sugar substitute (Splenda)
  • 2 tbsp almond milk, separated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp whipped butter, softened

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk.
  2. When smooth, add remaining milk.
  3. Beat until creamy.

Notes

Food colouring can be added at the end if colour is needed
