
Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies with Added Wheat Flour
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
- Flour, white, 1 cup
- Baking Soda, 1 tsp
- Butter, unsalted, 1/3 cup melted
- Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
- Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
- Egg, fresh, 2 large
- ALL Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, then roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Press flat then cross with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool on rack
