Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies with Added Wheat Flour

Ingredients 

  • Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
  • Flour, white, 1 cup
  • Baking Soda, 1 tsp
  • Butter, unsalted, 1/3 cup melted
  • Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
  • Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
  • Egg, fresh, 2 large
  • ALL Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions 

  1. Mix all ingredients, then roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  2. Press flat then cross with a fork.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool on rack
